The Business Development - Customer Success Executive is responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. This dual role involves a combination of proactive sales activities and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure their success and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, sales strategy, and client engagement. Manage relationships, create proposals, and negotiate deals. Requires excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. A Bachelors degree and experience in IT sales or customer success are preferred. Full-time position.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target companies.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Required Experience

Experience: 1-3 years (in IT field)
Employment Type: Full-time

Academic Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer success roles. Preferably minimum 1 year experience of IT sales.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
